At mentcup, every handcrafted ceramic cup is meticulously crafted by skilled artisans. Therefore, we also invest patience and care in the transportation process to ensure that the products are delivered safely and undamaged to your hands.

Processing time
All orders will be processed and packed within 2 to 4 working days. As each ceramic product is handcrafted, if there are any special customizations or inventory adjustments, it may take longer. We will promptly notify you via email.

Transportation range and delivery time

Within Mexico: Expected delivery within 3 to 7 working days.

International transportation: We also support international delivery to some countries/regions. It is expected to arrive within 10 to 20 working days, with the exact time depending on the destination and customs clearance conditions.

Freight description

Free shipping is available for orders over MXN XXX within Mexico.

For orders that do not meet the free shipping standard, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout.

The shipping fee for international orders will be calculated based on the destination and weight.

Logistics tracking
All shipping orders will be provided with tracking numbers. You can check the status of your package online at any time to ensure a worry-free and transparent shopping process.

Packaging protection
Ceramic products are fragile during transportation. We will use double-layer cushioning packaging and professional protective materials to minimize transportation risks as much as possible. If the goods are accidentally damaged during transportation, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and provide photos. We will assist you in handling the replacement or refund.

Explanation of Responsibility
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is complete and accurate. In the event of any delay or loss caused by an incomplete address or incorrect information, the customer shall bear the relevant responsibility. The tariffs, import duties and other charges that may arise from international orders shall be borne by the customers themselves.
