Are every ceramic cup exactly the same?
No. As all of our cups are handmade, there will be subtle differences in color depth, texture and details among each product. This is precisely the charm of handmade ceramics; each one is unique.
2. How soon can I receive the order?
We usually complete the processing and packaging within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery within Mexico takes approximately 3 to 7 working days, while international orders take 10 to 20 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance conditions.
3. What should I do if my cup is damaged during transportation?
Please email support@mentcup.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods
Contact us and attach photos of the damage. We will arrange for a refund or replacement for you as soon as possible.
4. Can I return the goods?
Sure. You can apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the goods, but the goods must remain unused and in their original packaging intact. For returns not due to quality issues, the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
5. Do you accept custom orders?
We offer some customization services (such as color or simple personalized design), but as they are handmade, customized products are not eligible for return or exchange. For more details, please contact our customer service.
6. How should I maintain ceramic cups?
It is recommended to clean with warm water and a soft sponge. Avoid using hard cleaning tools such as steel wool balls. Most cups can be put in the dishwasher, but to extend their lifespan, hand washing is better.
7. Is gift wrapping supported?
Support. When placing an order, you can choose the gift packaging service. We will prepare exquisite and eco-friendly packaging for you and can also write a short message for you.
