All mentcup ceramic cups are handcrafted and may vary slightly in color, shape or texture. These differences reflect the uniqueness of the handicrafts and do not constitute quality issues.

Order and Payment

All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN). Tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive rates will be explained at checkout.

The order can only be confirmed after the payment is completed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to insufficient inventory, abnormal payment or other reasonable reasons.

Transportation and Delivery
Orders will be processed and delivered in accordance with our transportation policy. mentcup will not be directly responsible for any delays caused by force majeure (such as weather, natural disasters, customs clearance delays, etc.), but we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issues.

Returns and Refunds
Refund and return applications will follow our refund policy. If the product is damaged due to the customer's reasons or the application is made beyond the specified time, mentcup reserves the right to refuse a refund.
